Parsvnath announces 5-star hotel and Multiplex-cum-Mall project in Vejalpur, Ahmedabad

Parsvnath Developers Ltd has announced the launch of its 5- star hotel and Multiplex-cum-Commercial Mall project in Vejalpur, Ahmedabad on March 16, 2007.  The bookings for commercial space in the coveted upcoming property are open. It will have a 5 Star Hotel, Commercial Mall and Multiplex.

The project worth Rs 250 crores is spread over a total area of 22,365 sq meters. Mr. Mohit Gujral, a leading architect from New Delhi has conceptualized and designed the complex that will have features and amenities that match international standards in 5 lakh sq.ft of built-up area.  It will be completed and operational with in two and a half years.

 The highlights are a world-class construction format, landscaping, high-speed advanced lifts, escalators, huge parking facility, fire monitoring and control mechanism, CCTV surveillance, etc.  The Commercial Mall would be a one-stop shop catering to the  premium segments of the society housing  the best of brands, elaborate food-courts, restaurants / food chains; it would house most of the renowned brands of not only India, but, from across the world.  This might translate into a large footfall.

Parsvnath Film City Ltd signs MOU with Tourism Department, Chandigarh

Parsvnath film city, a subsidiary of the Company, has bagged a coveted project in the entertainment area. It has on March 02, 2007 has signed the agreement with Tourism Department, Chandigarh Administration. Parsvnath will pay a premium of Rs 191 crores for the land for a lease period of 99 years.

The project will be completed within 36 months, which includes six months for getting the necessary clearance. The multimedia-cum-film city project will have four components, a Film Studio, a multimedia park, a multimedia entertainment centre and a Multimedia College and Research centre.

The Film City will boast of world-class features like digital studios (for film and television productions), post-production facilities for digital films, high-tech animation facility, high-tech gaming facility and a cafeteria.
