- Home Loan is offered to both Resident and Non-Resident Individuals.
- Individuals, Salaried, Professional and Self-employed are eligible.
- Security will be by way of mortgage of the house property. Equitable Mortgage will be created and cost will be borne by the applicant.
- Co-applicant should be Spouse (wherever applicable).Personal Guarantee of Resident individual is required
Loan Amount:
The quantum of loan is Rs.3 lacs to Rs.50 lacs.
For NRIs, it is in the range of Rs.5.00 Lacs to Rs.50.00 Lacs with tenure of maximum 120 months.
