Valuation	A written analysis of the estimated value of a property prepared by a qualified valuer.
Vendor	The seller
Vendor Statement	(Victoria only) Also called the Section 32 Certificate of the Sale of Land Act. Known as Contract of Sale in NSW. A statement by the vendor of the particulars of the property offered for sale. It must be signed by the purchaser before signing the Contract.
Villa	A single storey attached dwelling.
Void	Having no legal force or effect. Unenforceable. See Null and Void.
